How It Works
Step 1: Sign Up & Complete Your Intake Form
After you enroll, you’ll receive a short form to tell me about your training schedule, weight goals, and dietary preferences.
Step 2: Get Your Personalized Macro PDF
Within 72 (business) hours, you’ll receive a custom nutrition playbook with:
Your daily macro targets (protein, carbs, fat)
Training day adjustments
Hydration, supplement guidance, and fight week notes
Weekly check-in instructions
Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins
Once per week, you’ll submit a quick check-in via text or email. I’ll review your progress and send personalized adjustments so you stay on track without the constant back-and-forth.

This program focuses on performance, recovery, and safe nutrition throughout your camp. I do not provide medical supervision or direct guidance for acute water weight cutting. What I do offer are anecdotal insights from my own experience and simplified strategies inspired by professional fight camps, designed to help you stay on track safely and effectively. I WILL NOT suggest or condone cutting over 5% of your total body weight in water on fight week. If you are NOT WITHIN A HEALTHY LIMIT to cut weight there will be no refunds.
