Included in the price of our young athlete’s program is a consultation to discuss goals and friction points with both the athlete and parents present. This is an online virtual consultation where we will discuss the following:
• Athletic performance goals & nutrition
• Current eating habits
• Eating habits of the household / lifestyle cause & effect
• Changes to implement
• Safe weight cutting in sports for athletes under 18
Step 2: Receive a personalized plan
Within 72 (business) hours, you’ll receive a custom nutrition plan with:
